It's got lots of gore, violence, realistic WW1 scenes and carnage.
It also has magic, a loli medic, isekai (the MC used to play a game that this universe is set in, only he was the hero of course) and violence. Did I mention the raw violence? Ugly stuff.
The TS part is barely worth mentioning. The isekai part is also very "back burner" stuff and rarely comes up. It's mostly gritty, ugly & violent. Really good though!
