This dude got a slap on the wrist for flashing children, and the court and media protected his identity. Then this dummy argues his case on Facebook outting himself and making threats.

The argument by the prosecutor that was accepted by the judge could absolutely be used to excuse more overt sexual child predation. But this already amounts to excused child predation. Absolutely despicable.
