You seem to have linked 3 sources talking about the same tiktok post. And here's the thing, I haven't seen Spy x Family, but I have watched a lot of anime. I have seen a lot of anime fans try to defend anime. I would not bet against this deranged tiktok user and neither should you.

If it's not there now, just wait till season 3, or the special, or the art book. There will be a sexualized tanner scale 0 girl in there at some point, because the anime industry is filled to the brim with pedophiles.
