These people are treating it like he had a heart attack and had to be EMT'd out of the game.

The guy puked, probably 1/10 people puke at sports games everyday. This one is only news worthy because it was courtside, but its nothing serious and nobody is seriously attacking him for doing it.

Also, the dude is 56. The average black male dies sometime in his 60s. Him "battling serious health issues" is also completely normal for his age.
