That's why I was so surprised to walk in and see him on the local news. Normally I wouldn't share such a video, but with Vic on TV again, you could say nature is healing.
I don't think the KickVic crowd was directly funded by Usaid, but I do thing that Usaid funded things that created the environment and setting where the attacks on him were allowed and even endorsed.
Met the guy once at a convention. Nicest guy you could meet. Asked him to sign a Bleach manga volume, since he voice acted in the series at that point in the manga's story, and he thanked me for liking his lesser-acknowledged appearances.
Vic seems to have been bouncing back slowly and able to be consistently show his face at cons and other places without much issue. They don't promote his name as loudly, but he is still doing work and getting invited to panels with massive lines at them.
While his accusers, even if they "won," are all broken and falling apart in their personal life enough to no longer maintain the offense against him. That one girl did an 11 hour video on it just a few months ago and literally no one cared and she was viciously mocked for it by everyone.
While what happened to Vic was a tragedy and injustice of the highest level, its also a shining example of how God or karma or whoever makes sure that good people still end up winning in the end.
