Given her hideous tattoos and shaving her head, I'm guessing she got turned inside out by some producers trying to land a gig, and decided to just go full bore into the gaming sphere as a consistent but safe bet.
She still looked pretty normal for a ways into the 2010s, after she was already established in gaming.
Based on nothing but a guess, I'll give her hideous appearance on being post-menopausal and divorced in her 60s. That's a recipe for women to often turn to unhinged choices for "freedom."
But I think I'm somewhat biased in her favor because of my nostalgia for MadTv and how well most of them can still get me laughing.
