Yup. Even white criminals are better. Although, honestly, gangster shit in general is pretty interesting, so you'll get some Yakuza stuff and the like too.
Yeah, the only channels focusing on those sorts of crimes end up being the "racist" ones who focus on them for exactly that reason.
So it's twofold; white criminals are often more interesting but also, as OP implies, anyone normie-right or leftward is going to be afraid to talk about the nonwhite ones, because it quickly spirals into Racist territory.
Its interesting but American media can't touch it because it would decimate "blacks dindu nuffin" narratives by showing how fucking horrifying their gangs are. Its why they still use Italians for gangsters despite that being barely in existence for nearly a century now.
And the Yakuza had history behind them that made them so organized enough to be interesting, but even they are a relic from a bygone era now. If not for the video game I doubt even most Japs would know anything about them.
And even then, there isn't enough material to really make a long running show out of that. Nobody is doing deep dives into black criminals to find out why Jamarcus Nyquillian killed three hookers because those 5 words already told us the whole story. Which means even the "doing it for the racism" channels run out of material quickly that isn't "nigs doing nog stuff."
The True Crime industry is built on the backs of thousands of white girls masturbating themselves raw researching about girls getting mutilated and raped to write long ass books so that millions of girls can join them. Without those infinite hours of manpower fueled by literal gooning from women, none of these shows have any material to read off.
So if the crimes aren't sexy enough for white girls to jizz themselves over, they are basically forgotten outside of certain record breaks (like Gary Ridgeway with his big number).
