The politician hasn't been named but the 17-year-old offender has been? Is that standard in Germany?

99% of the time we don't even know if it's an illegal alien. They will just say "a man" and "a youth". This is a right wing outlet so they don't pretend to not know. I expect to hear who it was at some point but not now at least.
