Accidents happen, but how we respond to the accident/event truly colours how we should view the accident/event. In "The Crow"s event, it is clear the person is broken over it, they know the gravity of whats happened and what they've cost people. Empathy and sympathy is almost guaranteed.

Unlike Baldwin I feel for Massee. The whole sequence of events that put a bullet in the barrel behind the blank really wasn't his fault.
Objectively I don't think Baldwin is fully accountable for his shooting either, but he carries more of the culpability.
