The games are examples only, I’m asking in the general sense and even beyond games into movies or books or whatever - where do you draw the line?

I'd say it's degrees of stupid like it's one level to think that throwing a stone at a bear and running away at 8mph is a good idea (KCD2).
It's another to think that smoking in a petrol station that's known to have leaky pumps is ok (Veilguard)
And then there's covering yourself in BBQ sauce, walking into a lion enclosure and thinking because you smell nice the big kitties will love to cuddle you (Concord).
They all got idiots in charge but they have different braincell counts.
