Look, it would be one thing if the claim was having to get consent from the boyfriend was oppression.
Here you're just straight up killing the child you made with your husband. What's the point of marrying someone, if you're not willing to share responsibility?
I remember watching a video of a guy crying to his wife (maybe girlfriend) outside of a murder clinic begging for her not to kill his kid. That shit was heartbreaking
Can we bring this law to America so that we can stop girls from getting abortions just to spite their boyfriend/husband? This is what ChibiReviewers's ex girlfriend did btw.
In Canada we have no restrictions at all. None.
Revenge? Yup! Gender selection? Yup! Too lazy to take contraceptives? Yup! 9 months along? We better hurry!
And it's one of the few medical services that's actually free. Aside from emergencies.
The term "third party consent" is deceptive. The father is the second party- unless their considering the fetus to be that, which would undermine the argument that it's not a person.
I'm positive the term was chosen on purpose since a third party is usually regarding as having diminished rights in disputes as their interests are separate and diminished in comparison to the primary parties.
Syria, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Equatorial Guinea, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, Indonesia, Turkey and Morocco are the 10 other countries that require spousal consent for abortion. , according to the Center for Reproductive Rights. https://archive.md/i6I3v
Taiwan is surprising considering they are the first country in Asia to have gay marriage.
Unfortunately abortion pill was recently legalized in Japan (it wasn't before) but it still requires spousal consent .
And holy shit. South Korea has the lowest birth rate in the world and yet they removed their spousal consent requirement and decriminalized abortion in 2021 because of a court ruling in 2019? wtf.
Of course you need consent of your husband, it's his child too. Just like if you wanted to sell your house you need to get a signature from your husband as well.
Yikes.

Stop being antisemitic!

In that case, I'm hoping she lied and is just a lying bitch than has blood on her hands.

Women are the second party, the first party is the unborn human life that is at risk of being snuffed without their consent.
I bet the ratio of “I wish I was never born” people are far outnumbered by the “Im so glad to be able to live a beautiful life” people
Then it's a very appropriate term, because the rights of fathers have been largely stolen away over the past decades.

South Korea has some laws that is better than Japan, so i can't say they don't stand their ground. In this instance they didnt though.
Not really surprising, gay marriage will not contribute to birth rate…
Islam is still alive and the only mainstream religion left fighting progressivism.
There's no defence to NOT have this law be the status quo everywhere.
If Japan ever hope to maintain or improve their birthrate, they cannot allow easy abortion.
Based.
