The 2024 American Family Survey indicates that liberal women aged 18-40 are significantly less satisfied with their lives compared to their conservative counterparts. Only 12% of liberal women reported being "completely satisfied" with their lives, while 37% of conservative women and 28% of moderate women felt the same way. Liberal women are also more likely to experience loneliness, with 29% feeling lonely a few times a week or more, compared to 11% of conservative women. The survey attributes these differences to varying rates of marriage and church attendance among liberal and conservative women.

A lot of people have difficult lives. I don't know many who have difficult lives not mostly because of choices they have made. Then, some people were raised poorly, so they make poor choices, so they end up in difficult circumstances, so they make poor choices, and so forth. Much more common than the victim of outside circumstances is the victim of the feedback loop that will get us all uninterrupted.
