Interesting pointing to Finland as an example of homogeneity and a case study for education.
Finland had a population of 5.7 million and 10% of the population is foreign-born (mostly other Scandinavian and Baltic states). Their largest city is 700k.
They are a country that could easily be swamped by mass migration overnight based on numbers alone.
Finnish expats are a very peculiar breed. They have been formed by being sandwiched between Scandinavian and Russian influences, along with a rugged and harsh topography and climate.
We still have issues in Finland and it isn't as united as it was, huge taxes, welfare leeching, substance abuse, it's eroding the country. Far better than being a racial jungle like the US, but there are still polarizing societal issues, especially previous few years as the youth is shifting more and more towards the boogeyman ''right wing'' as we observe what's happening across Europe.
The mentioned topography and climate filter out a lot of undesirables, not a lot of incentive to come to a country which taxes you more the more you work to live in a bog with shorter days and freezing winters and get harassed by mosquitos in the summer.

Other Baltic states peoples are compatible. There is a hierarchy to compatibility.
Race - culture - religion - politics.

Nice to hear firsthand reports.
Unfortunately similar environmental barriers aren't keeping the jeets out of Snow Mexico.
