This seems to be pushing age-gap 10+ year relationships and for dudes to put off marriage and families until their 30s.
Not terribly compatible with modern realities when the vast majority of average dudes have zero SMV anyway with no guarantee of it improving. Not to mention the dangers of delaying childrearing.
Also goes against the orthodoxy of trying to marry and start families young to avoid destroying your average woman's pairbonding ability via body counts.
Don't slave in a 9-5 you hate because of your wife and kids. Make a list of strengths and weaknesses. Do career planning by whittling down occupations based on this list.

Extended family, aka Grandparents is far more important then any qualities the Mum has. I overlooked/minimised the role that her family have/do play in helping and Child minding.
