I'd say my nothing before 18 is the wedge to get in bigger things down the line.
On the kids angle you'll have at least 98% of the actual native population behind you to do that. Unfortunately we have been indoctrinated with a 'so long as they're adults and only affects them they can do what they like' attitude thanks to the left so we need the wedge to get kids out of the equation first then slowly push it further to get it ALL removed and banned.
