That sounds like a violent, delusional fantasy. The American Army has half a million highly armed soldiers. Our 68000 soldiers barely have ammo. This U of T prof has likely never even held a gun. He has zero clue what guerilla warfare is actually like and would likely survive less than 5 minutes in said warfare.
