I REALLY doubt this is real as:
Elon easily has the resources to lockdown ALL his kids
She can't be THAT dumb to essentially throw out red meat to a rabid, spiteful press than just go to Elon who, if it was his kid, provide security, lawyers and influence to make the media back off. One of the reasons he bought twitter is because people were freely fucking with his family with zero consequence.
I doubt if it was his, Elon already knows about it so to get to this stage is doubtful.

Women should never be believed on any claims, especially extraordinary ones, unless they come with a preposterous amount of evidence.
This is barely above "oh he is wearing your hat!" level.
See if Elon denies it. I bet he doesn't. This would be one of the most unsurprising revelations about his life. The guy explicitly stated his intentions to impregnate every 6/10 and up he can get his hands on.
If Elon confirms/denies it is irrelevant to not believing women who show up with nothing to substantiate their claim.
In fact, by expecting him to comment you are empowering these thots by saying their bullshit is owed a response, literally helping their manipulation along.
Whether I believe it or not doesn't change those things.
Yeah OK you can be on the disbelieve all women train, but in my book this is way more likely than not. Especially releasing on Valentine's Day to mess with whoever Elon is wining and dining at the moment.
She’s apparently “getting out ahead” of the story as the media already clearly knows from her statement. Elon is a notorious poon chaser so this isn’t shocking.
I still have my doubts just because of how dumb of a mother she is doing this.
Better to LET the media try to run it but contact Elon for protection than release a statement like this which essentially blood in shark infested waters.
