I'm pretty sure, but not 100% certain, corpses can't actually get an errection after the heart stops because an errection is hydraulic rather than muscular, so it doesn't work like rigor mortis, and there's no blood flow.
But I am sure that that one story about the pregnant mortician has been admitted to being a hoax.

Having emptied the heart from a prepared cadaver of solidified blood it can work that way.
