How could he? He's a fictional character. It's a fictional story after all.
Mansa Musa? He was very real and he was nowhere close to Bohemia.
Musa of Mali in KCD2 isn't Mansa Musa.
Alright. Well, the same applies. People from Mali weren't gallivanting about in Bohemia, as far as I know.
