From a previous thread about it, it seems that she had a number of helpers that would "prep" the participants, so that they'd be on the verge of cumming before ever getting near her. She would basically just let them finish on her or in her, with other women doing most of the work. It sounded like it did happen, although I haven't looked into it myself.
