The reason white guys tend to be more competent (other than statistical facts about race/sex and IQ that only us Nazis talk about) is that they don't cost an arm and a leg to discipline or fire if they fuck up assuming they're not in the alphabet mafia. So the ones that are fuck ups get shitcanned quickly because the company doesn't have to worry about a bogus lawsuit.

Which also seem to be a bigger factor than weeding out underperformers. The European guys I work with all admit it's very difficult for even normal white guys to get fired over there with their labor laws, it's just hiring they're screwed over by. And even when they can't fire the white guy fuckups easily, the rare all white guy teams are way more reliable to work with than the ones that are diversifucked.
