Remember a year ago when everyone declared "It's Happening!?!?" when Abbott sent Biden's DHS a strongly worded letter that he was going to use the Texas National Guard to actually plug the holes and barbed wire in the border that Biden's feds kept opening back up.

And everyone was excited for about a day that civil war was going to break out?
