Of course it was that one. That was some really petty bullshit. It's not like that game had Red Faction-esque destructible environments, the worst that could happen is bullethole.png is added on top the textures.
My experience of old school online play is there are a couple of shapes that are very easy to draw with bulletholes. That's probably what one of the devs wet themselves over the concept of.
