Air drop them into the ocean nearby if they don't accept them.

Or talk to the Dominican Republic next door to land near the border there and bus them to the wall THEY made to shove them back in to Haiti.

Speaking of Dominican Republic : They are deporting hundreds of thousands of Haitian immigrants. There is no ''birthright citizenship'' bullshit : they all get deported.
