I understand the sentiment, but at least I largely know where I stand with my enemies. The Lindsays of the world shake your hand as they stab you in the back.
It's only a backstabbing if you assumed they're on your side in the first place. I realize I'm getting semantic but they never claimed to be right wing. They're the abandoned left, and as the saying goes that makes them conservative only by comparison. They're trying to conserve a world where they're still the left wing.
Just because they were an ally of convenience doesn't make them on "your side"
Dumber Righties fall into that trap of thinking pretty easily, le based tranny and whatnot.

ETA: My mom has this problem with Gays against groomers whenever i call them the Fag Club. "But they fight child abuse!" Yeah congrats on the absolute basement tier of morality, excuse me for not being super duper impressed.
