What's with the foreign aid freeze except for Israel (obviously) and Egypt too?

Why Egypt? Is it because they enforce the southern border to Gaza? Or does Egypt have it's own version of Aipac?

Probably something to do with Miriam Adelson giving his campaign 100 million dollars.

And Adelson getting a second row seat behind retired US presidents on inauguration day.
