Dublin is the capital city of Ireland(the city of the suburb you pointed out). And like all capital cites its the most globalist and open to foreigners. And like all capital cities in Europe , its the worst city of the country. Of course it would be the worst city in Ireland. It just further proves that foreigners make more mess.

They sure did in the US. They should all have stayed in Europe and left the place pristine and with the people who were already living there.
