The game contains some sexual/suggestive content: characters depicted partially nude (e.g., exposed breasts, buttocks); sequences briefly depicting characters, both clothed and partially nude, having sex (e.g., camera focusing on characters' midsection and/or legs).
That's the upper limit of what's in the game, unless you believe the devs and publishers are trying to burn bridges and make their product unsellable by sneaking something worse in.
It wouldn't be the first time when the ESRB had to reexamine things they previously rated because things got past them due to the sheer scale of the game. This was the case for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, which had it's rating changed from T to M.
