the media didn't do jack shit, they were too busy painting Trump as a Russian puppet. Trump being a Clinton puppet wasn't the narrative.
The media heavily boosted Trump during the primary. You don't seem to follow what a spoiler candidate is.
what 2016 did you live in? all they ever did was talk about how he was going to destroy the country and the world, if they weren't making fun of his digitized orange skin or constantly reaffirming how it's funny that he's even running.
It wasn't about what they were saying, it was about the air time and attention they gave him, on both "sides". Contrast with how the media froze out herman cain and ignored him.
