Prior to a month ago it meant exactly what the words said. People "on the Right" that were repeating Woke talking points repackaged. From women who wanted to still censor anything slightly sexual to pro-gay/tranny nonsense, it was basically keeping the Progressive agenda alive with a new coat of point.
Now its basically an empty buzzword to discredit basically anyone who isn't a stereotypical GOP loser. It doesn't have a meaning any longer and its prior meaning can't be used because of its new status.
