I mean, Fingal is usually based, but the urge to tone police can be hard to avoid. It's a submissive mindset and it's hard to break.

Observe how often righties cave on essentially their entire platform after a black or a gay says something they agree with.

Square Enix adopts new Customer Harassment Policy

They will tell their retarded employees to stop writing retarded shit about paying customers?

Square Enix has adopted a new “Group Customer Harassment Policy” which is stated to protect executives, employees, and partners from undue requests and harassment from customers.

Yeah, thought so...

stalking

SE pretending to have a policy that disallows stalking while simultaneously refusing to let people symmetrically unfriend is funny.

But what's funnier still is SE making it possible for an FFXIV mod to get a character's account unique ID. Which is a thing that they actually did.

Yep, 100% agree on symmetrical unfriending.

Going to the stalking mod's discord to opt out sounds like a quick way to disclose extra info about yourself, rather than a solution.

Modding is technically a TOS violation, so SE has 'just cause' to terminate all of them... but will they? (I am not holding my breath)

I have no idea why this was downvoted, I said nothing wrong and was just highlighting a section of an article that I am criticizing.

Edit: Also right now the text highlighting feature is bugging out.

Could be anything, a sacred cow, some of the shills, people who just genuinely don't like you (not accusatory here, I don't have a reason to dislike you).

But they are meaningless little numbers, take a downvotes as a sign you pissed someone off that you probably enjoy knowing they are made.

I miss sequential forum posting. It neatly circumvented this by forcing everyone to openly yell at you and tell you that they thought you were fucking retarded and even why.

Likely because it is just uninteresting, it's a shitty policy by a company that makes the gayest MMO to have ever existed in all of history.

I genuinely doubt anyone here is actively playing FF14 at this point, and so it is just likely that most people don't care about this.

>Caring about downvotes on .win

Really?

It's probably because your headline is overly dramatic. The article isn't "bashing critics."

It's just disappointment that we can't talk about Dawntrail sucking without shills turning it into gender identity fighting. What the author doesn't get is they would have used that defense that anyway. If the insulting comments they cherry pick to deflect criticism are real or fabricated doesn't change their approach.

But at least you didn't put "bashes" in all caps.
