Justin Trudeau stepping down as Liberal leader, to stay on as PM for now

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is stepping down as leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. In an historic announcement outside his official Rideau Cottage residence, Trudeau declared his intention to stay on as prime minister until a new leader is chosen.

Absolutely. I have less faith in Canadians to grow a spine and take back their country than I do for Brits, and the UK is fucked. I don't think either country turns it around unless we intervene and force them to. They will both keep voting for the very people they hate and wondering why nothing ever changes.
