If real, probably some early release/leak thing. I'd be more dubious, if we hadn't seen so many of these ridiculous seeming things actually turn out to be real. Also, seems very accurate for Modern games. It could also be a fan mockup, but using real assets.
...and just like I suspected, the image there doesn't have the game's title, which is why the image for this thread has the little selection box highlighting the game logo: because it's a screenshot taken from some image editing software where they added the logo to the image.
So yeah, still an edited image although the baseline is from the company itself...assuming of course that the collection of images taken from a reddit thread is legit, which is of course subject to the exact same scrutiny I apply to the image for this thread.

I agree, but the Ciri is real, it's just not a promotional still/logo image. I'm thinking it might be a specific still in a trailer.
Fextralife used this same image in one of their headers, so it's definitely not some 'chuds trying to mock stunning and brave women' thing.
So, as portrayed it's not real (it's not a logo/splash art), but in another sense it is real.
