I would say that given this was posted in addition to Shawn Ryan's show clip including this effectively a news item, similar to the press conference and isn't a "manifesto" per se.
Like here's the idea. I don't want some schizo faggot posting a picture of his handwritten manifesto here. That's what we're trying to avoid. The weird shit that occasionally 4chan has to deal with.
For what it's worth, that rule existed because of the witch-hunt against anyone who was posting the New Zealand mosque shooter's manifesto. Suddenly, without reason, everyone who posted it was considered persona non grata. And just as suddenly, that brand new principle was completely forgotten the next time around.
Are manifestos inherently illegal or just the ones that say blow up orange man's tower and where are they meant to be posted before they get memory holed.
A lot of these social media companies have deals with the state to launch cover ups.
I'm not the Decider, but I don't think they're inherently illegal. It's just a hedge against another witch-hunt where they try to take down any website that hosts a manifesto they decide no one gets to read.
