The ad is fairly new, but you're right that the campaign has been going for a while. It's an extension of the 'stop jewish hate' campaign created last year by the owner of the New England Patriots, Robert(?) Kraft.
I can imagine they needed to broaden their scope because some people might have noticed(tm) the special attention granted to them over the controversial Gaza war.
