He IS a gamer so knows what fun gameplay are (so already an advantage over current Western developers), hates woke ideology, has tons of money so less likely to be a scam and has a lot of smart programmers behind him.

It's got a good chance of success given there's a LOT of game dev exiles that are very talented and blacklisted by the main establishment he could rope in.
