The problem here is that this guy is all of us from like 2016. Yes, I understand the whistleblower doesn't want to see good people in Obsidian effected by this idiot, and that it's just corporate management... from Microsoft.
However, he's literally not seeing the problem he's laying out. They are in keystone positions of power and are making life hell for everyone. They took that ground and won't be removed easily. I'm afraid that the reality of the situation is that Obsidian needs to close as a studio, and the people involved in any of the DEI stuff need to be black-listed by good developers as genuine threats to the workplace. Their careers need to die.
You can't just get rid of these people. It's no different from having Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold be the Vice Principal of Columbine High School. They're not just going to leave without a fight, and even if you purge the institution, one or two will remain, secretly hidden, desperately seeking to actively sabotage you.

You don't boycott these things. You walk away from them entirely and you never look back. You'll find a better game that way.
