John has been concerned about the left being seen as the lunatics they are for a while now. He's not concerned that they're actually lunatics, just the fact that they're seen as lunatics. He's voiced those concerns on a number of occasions, and they call that "respectability politics", which is blasphemy against their degenerate religion. That's probably why he's on their shit list now.
That and if they define him as far right, it shifts the Overton Window far left.
To be fair. These sorts routinely call anyone right of Mao 'far right.'
It's my hope that they 'cry wolf' until they are ignored.

He's a heretic to the cult of the Cathedral. That's all this really means. The Left just screams scare words. They chose 'far right' because they think it will work on him. It's just like them scolding Christians using Jesus' name; it's them going to a power word-- nothing more.
John is a pre-Current Year tranny who is committed to the life. Both by refusing to even say he was trans for over a decade and going the full mile with the transition. Something almost impossibly rare among their ranks.
Which means he is in a lot of ways far more learned than a lot of the current crop of Wokies (a low bar and not really a compliment to him) and has enough experience to see numerous shifts as they've happened.
So its inevitable that the "angry young rebels" that the Left uses every generation will rebel against the old grandpa telling them to be careful and that they are being played.

No one knows there because homeboy is only just admitting to being trans period. There is very little information because he was scrubbing his history and "deadname" before ever coming into the spotlight.
But, considering the throat scars he almost certainly has because that's much further down the list of surgeries a tranny gets.
