I loved the video some guy did on the process, with the title talking up how horrific the process was, only to have the replies flooded with people saying 'Yeah, no, I'm not seeing the horrific part. Seems sensible enough to me.'
Rope is too quick. Imprisoned between two boats and force fed milk and honey while floating on a lake should work.
Be practical. Target practice with pay per view/streaming rights can at least generate tax revenue.
