I mean there is nothing stopping Harris and Biden from doing all these common sense things Harris claimed she would do but Republicans couldn't / wouldn't :
Border control ( they never needed more laws to enforce the USA immigration laws and national sovereingty, they just lied and try to use this ''need'' to force Republicans to vote billions for Democrat corruption, and grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens ),
fixing grocery prices vs the increased profit margins ( that totally wouldn't lead to a disaster + another layer of government bureaucracy and corruption, lol ), etc.
''Muh Trump's billionnaires friends tax exemptions'' ( notice billionaires stopped being evil for a few weeks when they were almost all endorsing Harris, then became evil again after Trump won ).
Somehow none of this ''work'' will be done.
In fact, if Trump tries to fix the border and deport the illegals, they will do like last time and file 15 lawsuits in 10 states at every step of the way, with woke judges stalling Trump for months/years.
If Trump has balls he will declare the invasion a national emergency and mobilize the army to shut the borders and deport the illegals. My guess is no balls, he'll deport 10% of illegals and cut the inflow of new ones by 90%.
Technically, her job last another couple of months, not that she'll show up (at least not sober).
