No, this is consolidation. They've gained substantial ground and eliminated a substantial number of Palestinians. It's a slow process of eventual control of the whole area.
If you look at a map of Israeli settlements post 1947, you see a constant growth in their borders. Gain and consolidate. Gain and consolidate.

Israel overplayed it's hand, there's now a global denunciation against them for genocide. If they push it any more than they have they risk losing their greatest weapon: perpetual victimhood from the 'holocaust'.
