Honestly, with the way things are, we actually need a benevolent dictator to take out the trash. Whether trump is ‘that guy’ is highly dubious though.
I wish Trump were as based as the left thinks he is. That would be fantastic.
The reality is that he won't even be able to undo the damage of the last four years. The Democrats have printed more than half the money in the history of the world in this term.
Even if Trump does everything right, there will be a earth-shaking crash that the Dems will blame on him.
We're going to get some good entertainment from the establishment during this lame duck session, no doubt. From more lawfare to refusing to certify to who knows what else.
Not only that, it's a double lame duck session - the president is out from age and political maneuvering, the VP's career is basically over as she has nowhere to go.
I'd say they'd pull out everything because of it, but the former actively hates the latter so they might just clobber each other for 3 months haha.
