Absolutely, but the command staff is broken, and they don't have the political capital to change anything.

The 11:00 PM email from the Harris team is delusional. They're basically lying to themselves. The media are standing around in circles. Meanwhile, there are some veteran Obama activists that are basically trying to explain to people that the election really is over.
