You can say what you want about the man but he knows how to be funny. Had me laughing out loud, reminds me of the moment with Hillary where he told her then she'd be in jail. I really hope for 4 years of this
He's genuinely one of the funniest presidents in American history. Reagan is still the funniest because his jokes were actually really good; and his wit was perfect.
He fell apart in his 2nd term due to senility, but before that, espeically in his first term and while first running he was absolutely excellent.
Drew Carey was once invited to the White House for something, and I remember him going through a stack of jokes Reagan had personally written up, and it was cracking him up even as a professional comedian.
