Has it been confirmed that beast was biologically female? I know female negroids tend to have an excess of testosterone, but they don't typically grow to six and a half feet tall.
Apparently she played for the Georgetown womens BBall team back in the day.
So it’s possible it’s a woman. In clown world we may never know.
How far 'back in the day' are we talking here? Because like your said, in Clown World, playing for a women's basketball team is no longer proof someone is actually a woman anymore.
