It's not 4D at all, it's blinding obvious and our modus operandi for most of the last century. We destabilized Iran under Mossadegh. We destabilized Iraq-Kuwait and then invaded, twice. We supported insurgents across North Africa, in Syria, and elsewhere. It's a win-win for us. We get military bases, access to oil fields, and we back at home don't have to deal with any of the shit.
