Creampie is a fetish. Its so fetished it has its own word. You know, the literal entire purpose and goal of sex. The only reason it happens or exists. They labelled it a fetish and other'd it.
Everything else is downstream from that.
Also, those kids look so similar in age and direct appearance it almost looks like 3 sets of twins instead of just a big family. If its not AI generated (hard to tell these days) then the artist clearly had something in mind there because its uncanny a bit.
The mother's hand has six fingers. Definitely AI.
Not bad though. Definitely Norman Rockwell vibes. Those AI art programs are getting good.
