My guess is, stuff like that is why they're delaying the game. It's not that they want the game to be "the best it can be" "for the players". It's that there is currently so much negative sentiment towards the game that they cannot release it or they'd risk becoming another Concord. Delaying the game until things blow over might be their only choice.
