I leave my rant here, as here is the mention of Reno. The sketch had nothing to do with transgenderism. Neither Ms Reno nor Mr Ferrell are transgender. The joke was that Ms Reno looks like a man, which she does. Lefties, like a lot of other people, hated her and had no problem making this joke at her expense. It may intersect with feminism. But it's not TG-related at all.

They should just own up to what the joke was at the time and acknowledge that she deserved mockery.
