I don’t think he was. Being generous to him, he sees leftists as crazy authoritarians. He also believes the popular narrative on the holocaust. Leftists now hate Jews. So he now thinks they’re going to do another holocaust, or some modern version approaching it. I think he’s sincere, he’s just wrong on this one.
